In the Atlassian Add-on marketplace, which you can read on the web, or inside the "add ons" section under Admin in your Jira.

If you're using OnDemand, then the list is limited to what Atlassian support and you can access that list in your OnDemand account details.

So when I will buy the JIRA and the AGILE I will be able to add (buy or free) all of them and the PLUG-IN?

Just Jira is needed - Jira includes the "universal plugin manager" which access the marketplace for you, and lets you add/remove addons in one place.

Agile is one add-on, there are loads of others.
