Where can I set a custom field as To Email Field in Jemh?

I have created a Jemh notification as a post-funtion in a workflow but the email Field TO is not configured ok.

Please, can anyone tell me where you can define a Customer Field as the address of the person that have to receive the notification (Email TO Field).
