Where can this be found in Atlassian Cloud?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Date format not accepted when releasing a version

Advanced cannot be selected, only the sub menus, non of which allow the Java/Javascript date format to be set to "your date format".

Try JIRA Administration >> System >> Look and Feel

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your response. I have set the Date/Time Formats under Look and Feel but this has no effect on Versions/Releases, see screenshot.

The link in my original post addresses this issue stating that the Java/Javascript date format must be set to match the settings under Look and Feel but I don't see the option anywhere.
