Hi, I'm new to Jira (well anything to do with administration). I've used it for a few projects to log and mark bugs. I'm creating my first project and I'd like to know where I am able to describe the project and project components in more detail?
Expected behavior
I create a new project on Jira and would like to enter the project summary and background, use cases, goals and non-goals and summarized feature list and screens list.
Actual Behavior
I'm presented with a small text field.
Thanks!

That is a description field... I guess I was hoping for something more (see expected behavior).

Yes, it is the description field but you can put a whole lot there. And the support for HTML makes it a pretty good documentation if you put some effort;) I don't think there is anything else available now.
