Where do I edit the "create issue" layout in the new JIRA UI?

I'm trying to figure out where I update the layout that is seen when I click "Create" a new work item. The layout I have today does not reflect the Project Settings > Work Items > Layout settings and it also does not reflect the Admin Settings > Screens layout. Where does this get set?

Hi Stacey,

I'm assuming you want everyone who creates a work item in your project to see the same fields when creating a new work item, you’ll need to update the Create Issue Screen associated with that issue type (Bug, Story, Task etc). 

This can be set in the Project Settings > Screens 

1. Find the Screen Scheme associated with the issue type you’re creating and select the little down / expand arrow by the Screen Scheme name
2. Under Operation you should see Create Issue, Edit Issue, View Issue 
3. Select the Screen Name associated with the Create Issue Screen and add/remove the fields you want everyone to see.

Publish your changes.

After that, anyone clicking Create for that issue type will see the updated field layout.
