I suspect that OnDemand users lack the possibility to generate OAuth Access Tokens. Can you guys fix it for us?
In addition, why do I have View OAuth Access Token in my Profile / Tools menu? See attachement for further explanation.

I'd agree that the menu/page for the OAuth access tokens does not have any function at the moment. I have raised https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-5986 to get this removed.
In Atlassian OnDemand, most of the trusted communications are done through Trusted Apps (which is already configured by default) so the applications can talk to each other seamlessly. On the other hand, communications with external contents are limited hence OAuth might not be necessary.
UPDATE: as per https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-5986, this feature is going to be introduced in the future.
