Where does Issue activity and History Tab entries are stored in DB

In Jira, Each issue has comments,Work Log,History,Activity and Transitions Tabs under Activity Section.

I would like to know where does History and Activity Tab entries are stored in JIRA DB?

i am able to find comments tab entries in JIRAAACTION table,but not able to figure out the table for activity and history tab entries.

i need to find out the issues,based on the activity by user.

Check changegroup and changeitem tables
