Where is Workflow setting and transition conditions

Get error ask project administrator to check the workflow settings and transition conditions.

Hi Ron,

Navigate to Settings > Issues > Workflows

Then edit the appropriate Workflow to see the transitions and conditions. 

If you are not sure which workflow is being used by the project, then navigate to Project Settings > Workflows

Unless the project is a Next-gen project?
