Where is the Custom Field "Link Issues Picker" under Jira cloud?

I can't find the Custom Field "Link Issues Picker" in a cloud environment
Any suggestions? AddOn?

According to the below post the field you are looking for is part of a free app available for Jira Server only:

• Custom field to link issues
  

  You can try a free plugin I've made: Easy Links for JIRA. It provides two new custom field types: Single Issue Link Picker and Multiple Issue Link Picker. 
  

You may want to get in touch with @Fernando Llaca Romero to check if he is planning to port the app to Cloud as well. 

Otherwise, alternative options might be:

• Try the paid app vLinks - Easy Issue Linking as a replacement
  
• Search for more similar apps in the marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira&query=issue%20link
