Where is the Root folder on Jira Cloud version to upload HTML file for Domain Verification

I need to perform a Domain verification by uploading a file "atlassian-domain-verification.html" to the root folder on Jira Cloud app.

I need instructions to find the Root folder to upload the html file and complete Domain verification.

No, you don't, you need to upload the file on the root of your domain, not Cloud.
