Hi @Soumya Ranjan Sahoo and welcome to the Community!
What have you tried and where are you getting stuck? Priority is a system field that you should be able to select a predefined value from when you create or edit an issue:
Severity is another field. As long as you / your Jira administrator makes sure these fields are added to the screens in your project, you should be able to select the desired options.
