Where is the option to change the "Lead" on a project?

Hello,

I'm a site administrator with every possible permission.
I'm looking for the control to change who the "Lead" is for the project.
I guess I'm not creative enough to find it, since it's not right here, in the project settings.
Where should I be looking for this control?

Hello,

It looks like you have a next-gen project. You can not change a lead for a next-gen project.
