Where to move the status.

Hi I am new to Jira. My version is jira server 8.22. and I already change my role to admin.

Lately I try to move the transition to other status, But I don't know where to move, I have check move there is no option to move status, and status is not clickable. Where should I change？

In other project transition button shows right next to "more".

Hi @Umi 

Your workflow may contain conditions or validators that are not being met. Are you able to edit the workflow and see if there are any conditions or validators on the transitions going out from the In Progress status?

Hi Tim,

Thanks for your reply. I do have permission to edit workflow, but I cannot check the validators, properties and post functions.

So in this condition, what else I can do to fix this problem?
