Where to retrieve user deactivated info?

I can see when all users are added to jira, but I cannot view the date in which we deactivated certain accounts. Is there somewhere separate to find this or can I request this info from somewhere?

Hi @Hannah Kelly 

You will get the information from audit logs.

If you have Atlassian Access, you could look at the Audit logs there:

  • If the user is a managed account, you can see when they were deactivated or deleted.
  • If the user had their site access removed, were deleted from the site or had their produce access removed, you can see the date that occurred on.

To get to the Access Audit Logs:

  1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
  2. Click on your organisation
  3. Navigate to Security -> Audit Log
