Which Add_On is best to use for a link between Jira cloud and ServiceNow.
Who has any advice for us?
Hello @Eric Roetenberg
In order to connect Jira with ServiceNow, we have made use of the plugin/ addon provided by iDalko called Exalate: ServiceNow to Jira Integration. This plugin supports the Jira cloud as well.
There are others listed as well on the Atlassian marketplace, which can be checked here.
This is Majid @ Exalate.
Would you mind elaborating a little more on the exact use case please? This would allow us to provide a better response than just saying "Gaurav is right!" :)
Exalate provides a fully, bi-directional synchronization between Jira and ServiceNow. This allows you to map any entity type within ServiceNow, and map any fields contained therein to Jira. The synchronization is fully customizable and can be set up in minutes.
Please feel free to book a demo with us, if you would like to see the product in action.
Thanks
Majid

Hey, @Eric Roetenberg . My name is Diana and I am a solutions architect at ZigiWave. You can easily connect your systems with our no-code integration platform ZigOps. It allows the transfer of default fields (incident, task, bug, story, etc) + custom fields between the systems and syncs them in real-time. Our tool reads the schema dynamically and can transfer any field. ZigiOps links the systems bi-directionally, so a change in one of the systems will be present in the other immediately. If you want to see how it works in action: book a technical demo.
