I noticed your question regarding which CRM platform pairs well with Jira. Have you looked into Atlas CRM? It seamlessly integrates with both Jira and Confluence, enabling direct links between work issues, pages, and customers. This lets you quickly see for whom the work is being done and access customer details directly from an issue.
Another option that you did not metion is Hubspot. It seems to be really popular and there are multiple connectors available in the marketplace.

Oracle CRM all in Sync with JIRA as well as Zoho CRM, Freshworks and many are in Sync with JIRA as it is the preferred managment tool everywhere
