Which role do I need to add/remove fields

Hi, Would you please advice what roles I need to add/remove fields for issues ? under 'Administration' I hvae only Projects

System or Jira administrator rights are needed to configure fields. Sounds like the highest level you have is "project admin", so you'll need to talk to your admins.
