Email notification for timesheet hrs

Hi All,

I need to get email notification for timesheet hrs only if logged hrs < 8.5 or logged hours > 8.5 but it should not send a notification for 8.5 hrs exactly.

But observed behaviour is, its sending notification for 8.5 also though I created 2 different filters.

Moreover filter should appear when I schedule it, but its not.

Any information on this.
