While changing the cloud subscription from Standard to Free, getting 'Something went wrong' error

The error mentions - "Sorry we couldn't change the plan for Jira software. Please try again"

 

I have tried 4-5 times now but still showing the same error. How can this be rectified?

Thank you for reaching out.

The free plan of Jira Software is more limited than the standard, including the number of users allowed. Usually, the error you are facing happens because you have a larger number of users than the number allowed for the free plan or any other feature only available for standard.

That being said, I recommend you to open a ticket with our Customer Advocates team so they can take a better looking in your issues and provide you with the steps to change your plan:
