I've been assigned to manage the 7988 - Network Infrastructure Refresh - TLCM project. My project is a company managed project. Who can grant the permissions I need as a CDL/Project Manager? Please provide a name or e-mail address. I have searched 'help' with guidance, but no names are provided that I can see.

Hello @gjones

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a user community using our own instances of Jira. We do not use the same instance as you and have no access to your instance.

We cannot provide you with the contact information you are seeking.

Do you already have access to the Jira instance, and just need the additional access to the specific project? Or do you not even have access to Jira?

I suggest that you contact the person who told you that you are assigned to manage the project. If that person cannot help you, you could reach out to the people who told you to (or granted you) access to the Jira instance. If that yields no results then I recommend you contact the technical support team for the company that owns the Jira instance.

I was told I have admin access, but it doesn't appear I have access to the project. I'll reach out to my manager if tech support isn't able to help. I already submitted a ticket with them. Thanks.
