I'm new to Jira, and I'm learning the software independently. There are a few things I need help with. 

For instance, i need help to split the "In Progress" column into 3. There are a few more things like this I need help on.

Any help would be great.

Cherrelle, do you want to add additional statuses beyond In Progress?
