I moved project to different scheme, and now all issues is gone.

How to recover?

Which scheme did you change? A little more context would help.

Which scheme did you change? If it's permission scheme you might need to give yourself the rights to browse the issues again.

Also I'd suggest to run a re-index to see if that may help.
