Why I can't add subtask in Jira

I get the message that Jira can't create subtask. PI is required.

Even though I add the PI this bug still occurs

There is no bug, you have configured your Jira to have a mandatory field, then not filled it in (possibly because the configuration does not put it on the screen?)

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
