I have a Software Project (CUS), I want to assign parent issues to its tickets (Epic and stories) but I only can assign parent issues from different Software Projects (BCDL, VIS, etc.). Somebody knows why this is happening or what configuration changes should I do?
The available issue types are:
Customer Engagement
Epic
Story
Task
Hello, Good day. Kindly let us know whether CUS is Team managed project or company managed project ?
Also on a story issue on CUS project you can see the Epic issue from different project, but you don't see Epic issue on same project in "parent" field ?

Can you give us some more details? What field are you trying to update? What are the steps you are doing? What is the issue type of the issue you are updating? Can you share the Issue Type Scheme for the CUS project?
