I've created a Kanban board in Jira.
I've set up my board with 4 columns : To Do , In Progress, On Hold and Done.
Each columns contains the status with the relative status.
In the Kanban board I can see the issues with status On Hold on the Blocked/On Hold column. (see picture with Kanban Board)
But in the Backlog (see picture below Backlog) I cannot see it. Thanks in advance
Hi Luciana, since the ticket is in On Hold status - it's not part of your backlog by default most probably.
Seems that you are using the "Scrumban" option (Kanban backlog) in which the first column (to do) is also visible in your Backlog view.
Please go to your board configurations and under columns make sure On Hold is mapped to Kanban backlog (leftmost column, see attached example).

I can see them. They are not in the Backlog, but in To do. If you expand the "to do", you will see them in the backlog view.
If you want issues off your to do column and in the backlog, you should be able to drag them there from 'to do'.
If you can't, that is probably because there is no valid status mapped to the backlog. You could either map your 'to do' column to the backlog or add a backlog status to the workflow, before 'to do'.

Hi Walter, thanks. Indeed if I expand I do see the open issues but not the on hold. I've solved the issue thanks to the previous feedback. Thanks a lot for your time. Luciana
