What happened with button 'Start timer', could you help find it again?

Thank you for reaching out.
In fact, the "Start Timer" button you mentioned is not a default feature of Jira Cloud application. After some time digging about it, I found out it can be related to two things:
1 - Someone in your project created a new transition in the issue workflow with the name "Start Timer", which were deleted posteriorly
2 - You might be using the third-party app Automated Log Work for Jira, which provides you with the "Start timer" button that automatically log work in your issues. In that case, I suggest you check if your app is properly installed in your site under Jira Settings > Apps > Manage Apps. In case it is properly added, you open a new ticket with the application support page to check what might be causing the problem:
