Hi Johaina.

This error message indicates that for some reason, your ObjectHashSettings.xml file is missing from the Discovery Tool directory, hence a Discovery Scan cannot be run.

Please Download the Discovery tool ZIP again from Jira Administration>Add ons>Discovery Download

You can find the ObjectHashSettings.xml within the Zipped package.

Not this File will be set to its Default configuration, which may be different than what you had previously. If you have changed this file previously - please try and change the new file to the same configuration, otherwise, you may be creating Duplicated Objects once Scan results will be imported into Insight.

If you require further assistance, please contact us at https://portal.riada.io
