Why I have a problem with giving permitions?

Dear all, 

I have a problem to give a permition to creat a sprint for a current user. Although the user has an admin in project and on the board, the button is not "active".

Hi Paulina,

Make sure the user has the Manage Sprints permission in the permission scheme attached to the project. 

Also, use the Permission Helper to let it guide you to a solution.

Hi @Paulina Mijal 

There could be many reasons. 

• Right permissions
• Permissions of the other projects if board filter contains other projects
• Complexity of the board filter

Can you please check them all?
