Why JIRA Delete Our Project Management Business Data

We use JIRA as project management for our production environment. It was in use last Friday, but today it turned out the project data was wiped. Project members cannot log in. Our project is in disarray. Please recover the data as soon as possible. An emergency. Looking forward to your reply!

Hi @yqma19 - Jira doesn't delete any data - only humans in your projects do. So I doubt that is the problem. 

Are you able to see any data on any project? Are you even getting logged in to your instance?

I didn't recover the data. I just accidentally submitted duplicate questions in the community. I also want to know how to recover the JIRA data. All three of my project data have been deleted.
