Why Jira API does not include html value of body in comment?

Using rest/api/2/issue/$id/comment/$commentId?expand=renderedFields does not include html value of body and does not include renderedFields in return data.

This should work:

 /rest/api/latest/issue/ISSUE-1?expand=names,renderedFields
