Why Original Estimate field is missing even if Time Tracking is not hidden?

I looked this up already and saw that most suggest to make sure "Time tracking" is not hidden.

I already have "Time tracking" in the fields. It is no longer hidden. But still, I don't see "Original Estimate" as a field in the ticket. What am I missing?
