I created a new project, moved some issues into it and added some security levels on that project specifically to limit issue views.
After that none of the attachements on all the 20 projects we have running presently in Jira are loading.
All issues are showing the message: "failed to load".
What is happening?

I am also not able to add attachments to tickets. This is preventing me from doing my job as well. Please update us as to when this issue may be corrected. Thanks!
