Why am i not able to see Gadget menu?

When i roll over Gadges i created menu is not shown to move or change color and edit or delete.

But if i debug using chrome and in div with class "gadget-menu"

#grow1765 .gadget-menu {

}

if i remove this style manually i could see it, why is it happening?

Browser : chrome, mozilla, IE 11

Hi Jeba,

I am not sure I understand what you mean. Would it be possible to attach a screenshot of what you are seeing exactly?
