As per your billing plan, I have access to my existing account till the 5th of march, then why am I unable to use atlassian jira. Please help me out as soon as possible.

You will need to open a support ticket with Atlassian. Use the option for Billing, Payments, and Pricing.

Your screen shots all show for Atlassian Access. Is that the only product you are using? Click on the Products menu in the top nav bar to see what is is loaded and might need to be paid.
