This question is about the output of attached files in PNG and SVG formats. I have attached PNG and SVG files in the JIRA issue description.
Why does this difference occur? I want all attachments to be visible when exporting to Word.
Hi @이지수 ,
Seems like you cannot export attachments that are added to the description whenever exporting the issue to Word.
I've just tested this and manage to get the same result.
Additionally, I've checked JAC, but I didn't see any open suggestion or bug related to what you've reported.
I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support to see if they can replicate this behavior and, potentially, open a new JAC ticket based on this discussion.
Cheers,
Tobi
Thank you for your response. I will reach out to Atlassian Support for assistance. Thank you.

I found this one in the backlog, created back in 2006!

Let's hope these few votes will be the key ones for this to go into development 😅
Thanks @Bill Sheboy !

@이지수 Export the issue to PDF using the Better PDF Exporter app, it does support images in the Description, comment and other rich text fields (sample exports). And it works for single issue exports (see below) and also for multiple issue exports.
Then import the PDF to Word!
(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team. Free for 10 users!)
