Our Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Bit Bucket) are all working very slow over the last two days. It is taking minutes to load pages.

I am making the assumption you are using the Cloud versions of your Atlassian products?
If so, the Atlassian Status page is a good place to start. If they are all showing as operational and you still have an issue then you can submit a problem report at the top of the same page.
If your not Cloud, but the Server versions, then your applications are hosted internally and not something anyone else can advise on without having access to your systems. One for your support team.
