Why are the required hours different?

Normally the period mentioned must have 168 hours required (R) I did not understand why there are users who only have 126 hours on the (R)

Hopefully, your question has been answered already? If not, from your screenshot I suspect this is from Tempo Timesheets. In Tempo settings, people can be assigned to work and holiday schemes with different working hours and holidays. These may impact the total amount of required working hours.

Other factors that may impact these numbers are the start and end date of people in their team as well as their work allocation (someone who is allocated 50% to a team has a lower number of required hours on that team than a person who is assigned 100% to that team.
