Hi Everyone,

I'm using the Time Tracking Report for information on time estimates. When I export this report to excel there are tickets missing and I can understand why.

In terms of the drop down prior to the report generations I'm using:

Fix Version: No Fix Version (because we don't use versions yet)

Sorting: Most complex issue first

Issues: All

Sub Task Inclusion: Including all sub-task

We are on ticket ~2000 but only just over 1000 tickets come out of the report. Can anyone explain to me why this is happening?

Hi Maddy, welcome to the community!

For issues export, Jira cloud currently has a limit of 1000 issues per export. It's probably related to your problem.

You can read more about it here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/increase-issue-limit-for-excel-exports-in-jira-cloud-779160811.html

I hope that helps.

Cheers,

Melo

Thanks Melo, strangely I can pull out 1027 tickets but maybe this is just a glitch?

If this is the case is there anyway to only pull current tickets (which are in our backlog or sprints into the Time Tracking report?

Thanks so much for your help!

Kind regards,

Maddy

Hi @Maddy Bosman,

Yes, if I'm not mistaken you can use Jira filters to generate those reports.

Did it work out?

Cheers,

Melo
