Why are time tracking reports available for Company managed projects and not team managed projects?

It is frustrating to read about all of the time tracking reports in Jira and then find out that they are only available in company-managed projects.

Since I can track time in my team-managed projects, why can't Jira give me access to the time tracking reports?

Hi @Bobby Williams 

I do not have an answer why those reports are not present for team-managed projects (TMP).  My hypothesis is the target audience of TMP was believed to use fewer Jira features...with a suggestion to switch to a company-managed project (CMP) when more was needed.
