Why are we unable to close a sprint cleanly if any sub-task is marked Closed instead of marked Done?

if any sub-task was marked Closed-Duplicate or Closed-Won't Work or Closed-any thing, then when we go to close the sprint there is difficulty in closing the sprint due to that sub-task being in an "error state"

Anyone have some sort of idea what we are supposed to do now that we are in Cloud with these Closed sub-tasks?

My guess is that you have not put your closed-something status in the last column on the board, which means "done"

Closed are in the last column along with done

All of your different closed status?  And are all your sub-tasks showing in the last column?

We only have closed and done status. There are resolution types that differentiate the types of closed. Yes, all sub- tasks show in done column.

Ok, we're going to need to see screenshots of the board, board settings and the issues that it is reporting as "being in an error state"

I'll setup the scenario for the end of the sprint on Wednesday.
