Why aren't tickets appearing on the board but are included in the board column edit screen

I have a Jira board that pulls in a view for all my projects using a saved filter. The filter is displaying all the tickets expected across projects. My combined board is not displaying one project though, even though all the statuses are correctly mapped in the board edit screen.

The board edit screen also displays a number count of issues within that mapped status- which is correct and includes the project that isn't displaying when I save the edits and view the board.

Any reason that the board view is not displaying my one project, even though the filter and the edit board view does?

Hello @Nicole Lunberg and welcome to the Community!  Is the board not showing ANY issues from that particular project?  Do you have any Quick Filters enabled on the board?  Are the issues in the other project "old" (i.e. closed issues that have been done more than 14 days)?

Can you provide screenshots of your board along with the board config column settings?
