Why attachment REST API does not return the id of issue which had the attachment uploaded

Using Script Listener from Script Runner for some automations in my team projects, we face the problem that using the rest api to get attachments data we cannot discover in what issue the attachment has been created, only the attachment ID, user and timestamp (when a lot of updates from user can occur)
