When I create a new ticket and I need attachment an file, the system only can add file from 1Byte to 1MB.
In Jira I check the system configuration and I have 50MB in Attachment size.
Dear @sa bu,
probably you have a reverse proxy like nginx or apache in front of Jira, that has an upload limit implemented that is lower than the one in Jira.
