I have status's Closed, Canceled and Implemented mapped to my done column on my Kanban board, however only Closed is showing when I drag an issue to that column. My expectation should be that Closed, Canceled and Implemented shows. the workflow has the transitions correct and we share a workflow with other projects that don't have an issue.  My status's are all mapped correctly to the Done column in my board configuration.  And all three status are final steps in the workflow.  And it works correctly on other project kanban that share the workflow.

Note:  the problem board does share issues with another project's Kanban board that is working correctly, by showing the shadow target status's

Hello Jana,

You noted checking the workflow already, but this behavior really sounds like a workflow issue.  The reason that the Status would not show up between two columns is if there is not a transition possible between those two statuses.

First just double check that the two projects are using the same workflow, or if they are using different workflows that both are configured with the same transitions, OR If there is possibly a second workflow associated to one or more of the issue types on the project that is not allowing the transition to occur.

Alternatively if there is not a transition between the source and destination the transition would not be possible, Can you grab a screenshot of the Text View of the workflow so we can double check the layout?

Regards,
Earl
