Getting net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR when attempting to update any issue, any project in Jira Cloud. I'm an org/site admin and this applies to Service Desk issues as well as regular Jira projects.
The UI simply says "The value could not be saved."

This is a network error, not an Atlassian one. You will need to look at your network settings to see where it is failing - the problem is between two places - from your organisation blocking data or your browser being misconfigured.
The error is coming from your browser and appears to be associated with the SSL certificate. Try clearing out your browser cache and restart.
