Why can't I see the AGILE button?

Using the hosted JIRA solution. I'm an admin. I was asked to set up a sprint for the team, and the guides say everything is under the "agile" button on a scrum board.  There is no AGILE button, with or without a drop down. I can make new scrum boards... I just made several. Now I have no way of deleting them because it seems that feature is under the agile button as well.

What am I missing here?

You're on Cloud.  Cloud is JIRA 7, where the "Agile" add-on has been deprecated.  You should now have "Boards", as provided by the JIRA Software application.
