Hello

Before (july 2019), I attached an image into the comment with this syntax :

!myImage.jpg|thumbnail!

Capture d’écran 2019-08-07 à 15.11.28.png

But now (august 2019), it's not working : how I do to insert an image with wiki markup ?

=> So, I stopped to use Jira Capture because I can't to reference an attachment inline on comment via this syntax !myImageWithJiraCapture.jpg|thumbnail!

It's annoying :(

Thanx

Hello Amel,

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
The new issue view uses markdown formatting now and not wiki markup.
If you are using a next-gen project, it's not possible to disable, but if it's a classic project you can disable it by going to you Profile picture > Personal settings > Jira labs and disable the new view.
You can find more information about markdown here: New Atlassian editor

"The editor in the new issue view uses markdown rather than wiki markup. Right now, if you've added wiki markup in the old editor, we'll render it correctly in the new issue view. As we continue to roll out the new issue view and new editor, wiki markup support will be phased out and eventually removed in favor of markdown"

If you have any other question, please let us know.

Regards,
Angélica
