Why can't add named individuals for approval in the workflow editor

I am using approvals to validate a step in the workflow (approved/declined) I was able to add named individuals a few weeks back but now its only giving me options to add groups. 

How do I get it to allow me to add named individuals again?

Thank you! Yes it was the field contexts, I added them there and needed to update the approver list there. Working as expected now :) @Mario GELES

Indeed we don't have exactly the same view. Maybe you have a new view that I don't have yet. 

For what I see everything seems good in your approbation workflow.

Hi @Josie Eve ,

I think the problem is a modification in your workflow or in your screen. 

So you should open your workflow and check the transition that lead to approbation phase. There must be a rule like that : 

You have to be sure that the field is Approvers and non Approvers groups.

Same think with the screen where there the field you use to select approvers.

As your workflow seems good maybe it's the field configuration that has wrong configuration. 

Could you check the Approvers customfield configuration (the wheel on the top right to open parameters then you select issues and on the left you select customfield).

In context and default value you have to check "user filter".

And more specifically you have to be sure that the checkbox under the save button is not check. This checkbox activate a filter by group and role.
