From what I'm observing, it appears that I can nest Sub-tasks under Tasks, but not Tasks under Epics on a Business Project timeline.
I.e.:
- When I hover over a Task name in the timeline, I get a '+' symbol at right that I can use to create Sub-tasks
- When I hover over an Epic, I do not get a '+'
- That said, I can designate a Parent for a Task (i.e. an Epic) and in the List view these are properly nested. In fact in the List view I can see all three levels of the hierarchy.
Why doesn't the Timeline view show the same hierarchy as the List view? Any thoughts?
P.S. Tried to include a couple screenshots but this editor won't let me copy/paste (Mac OS)
Hi David,
The Timeline is in the process of getting updated and should be rolling out this month so that you can see the proper nesting of Epics in the Timeline.
