In list view we used to be able drag items around which helped our developers personalize their own workflows in the stories. That seems to have gone away.
Hi again Trudy. Sure thing. In the bugs below, up until a couple of weeks ago, we could drag these around and reorder them within the story they are in. It's basically how we made a little to do list for the day. That functionality is gone.
Hello @Kurt Weaver
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Can you provide more information about what you mean by "drag items around"? I don't recall ever being able to drag work items (issues) up and down in the List view changing the order of the display.
Can you provide a image of the screen you are viewing with annotations to indicate what item you are trying to drag and where you are trying to drag it to?

When I hover my mouse anywhere in the child issue row I see 6 dots appear to the left of the check box.
If I hover my mouse over those dots it changes to a "hand" symbol and I can click-hold and drag the issue to a different position in the list. Alternately I can click on the dots and get a context menu with options:
I am not able to "grab" the row in other areas within the row. I have to grab it where the dots are.
Do you see the dots in your view when hovering over a row?

Thanks Trudy. That's the old list view. The new combined list view has that handle on the outside of the field and you can drag it to reparent but you cannot reorder.

Ah, I see! Thank you for pointing that out.
Apparently that change has not been rolled out to my site yet.
I will look around to see if it is on any other site to which I have access.
